Oliwia Babiarz is an Attorney-at-Law, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia, and a member of the Katowice Bar Association. She holds a postgraduate degree in Diplomatic and International Service from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, as well as a postgraduate degree in the Prevention of Economic, Tax, and Property Crime from the University of Warsaw.
She previously worked in the Political and Economic Department of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Athens, where she gained valuable experience in international relations, diplomatic cooperation, and the management of cross-border projects.
Her professional practice focuses on representing athletes, sports clubs, sports federations, and sports companies before courts and disciplinary bodies, with particular expertise in football and speedway. She also provides legal advice in the fields of sports law, criminal law, immigration law, and cross-border legal matters, including residence and work permits.
Oliwia serves as Secretary-General of the International Association of Sports Law (IASL), Chair of the Sports and Integration Committee of the Katowice Bar Association, and a member of the Polish Sports Law Association.
